Who we are

Catford Tyres Ltd ("we", "us") operates Catford Tyres at 224 Brownhill Road, London SE6 1AT. We are the data controller for personal data collected via this website and our booking channels.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, phone number, email, vehicle registration.
• Booking details: address / location where fitting is required, tyre size, date/time.
• Payment: taken by our card terminal on completion — we do not store card numbers.
• Website data: IP, device, pages viewed, cookie IDs (see Cookie Policy).

How we use it

• To arrange, deliver and invoice for your tyre fitting job.
• To respond to enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email or chatbot.
• To meet legal, accounting and insurance obligations.
• With consent, to measure marketing performance (Google Ads / Analytics).

Sharing

We share only what's necessary with: our fitters, payment provider, accountant, Google (Ads/Analytics with consent), and Meta (WhatsApp Business). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Booking and invoice records are kept for 6 years (HMRC). Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Email hello@catfordtyres.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
