1. Who we are

Catford Tyres Ltd trading as Catford Tyres, 224 Brownhill Road, London SE6 1AT.

2. Quotes & pricing

All prices are quoted on request based on your tyre size, brand tier and location. Quotes are valid for 24 hours. Callout & out-of-hours fees may apply and will always be disclosed before dispatch.

3. Bookings & cancellations

Bookings are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp or through the online form. Please cancel at least 60 minutes before ETA — same-day dispatched jobs may incur a callout fee if the van has already been sent.

4. Payment

Payment is taken on completion by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer. Fleet accounts on 30-day invoice terms.

5. Warranty

New tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty. Puncture repairs carry a 12-month workmanship warranty against fitting defects.

6. Liability

We are fully insured for public liability. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to wheels, TPMS sensors or locking nuts that becomes apparent during fitting. We will always inform you before any additional work.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
